Now, he leverages the cash flow from real estate investments to spend his days coming up with jokes in the writer’s room, without the stress of financial instability should his show get canceled.
After struggling as a starving artist, Mark used his first script payments in 2000 to buy a duplex in Los Angeles as a hedge against the uncertainties of an entertainment career. Real estate became a passionate side-hustle, and Mark founded Quantum Capital, which invests in and syndicates value-add multifamily properties in major cities. He also hosts the Wild West Real Estate Podcast
